Breathing meditations
Awareness of the breath, or ‘Anapanasati’, is a meditation originally taught by Gautama Buddha and is the simplest form of meditation. Our breath is a continuous flow from birth to death and serves as an anchor of attention – if our mind wanders, we bring it back to the breath. It teaches us to focus our attention and observe, grounding ourselves in the present moment.

GUIDED meditations
Whatever we do in awareness is meditation. It is not a matter of what we do, but from which centre of our being we are doing it; walking, eating, reading, running – whatever we do, if it is done form the right centre, it is meditation.

Nature meditations
Our Nature Meditations help us to remember that we are not separate from nature. It is not people and nature, it is all simply Nature – indivisible, inter-connected and inter-dependent.
These meditations allow us to take peaceful steps, absorbing the wonders and the healing power of Nature. As we breathe in the air around us and fill our beings with our surrounds, so to do we breathe out, filling our surrounds with our being – this is harmony. Our Nature Meditations take place in Lecarrow Farm or in other locations where we can access nature undisturbed. Sound baths
John Gerard has hosted sound baths around Ireland either as an integrated form of weekly meditations or as immersive workshops lasting a number of hours.
Sound baths provide an immersive, full-body listening experience that brings balance, relaxation and a deep sense of calm.
